As we all knew crop circles have been on the increase, and google have recognised this by forcing the issue to millions of people.

The director of the observatory, Ji Hai-sheng, told sina.com that scientists would not be speculating publicly on the nature of what was captured on film until it had been properly studied.

He added:”‘Purple Mountain Observatory and Chinese Academy of Sciences said that during the July 22 total solar eclipse observation, China had discovered near the sun, by observing staff, an unidentified object, it’s physical nature remains to be further studied.

“Currently manpower is being organized to deal with this data, complete the data analysis and reveal the scientific results and this will take at least one year’s time to finalise.”

The incident follows a series of UFO sightings in China which culminated in an object being captured on film by students in Deqing. The footage, which was featured on Chinese television, appears to show the object repeatedly changing shape after initially appearing as a glowing blue sphere.

As you can see in the above video a Fighter Pilot is seen to be flying along side a UFO. This video has been considered as the real deal, but yet there is still talk of it being a new aircraft that was filmed during a test at Area 51. This has not halted the talk across the planet that there is a government cover-up of this alien craft…

The craft looks to be flying along side the fighter so does this mean we are working along side aliens?

More than 70 witnesses including police and military personnel reported sightings in Devon, Cornwall, South Wales and Shropshire in the early hours of Wednesday March 31, 1993, with many describing a large, low-flying object which made a low humming sound.

In a briefing note to the Assistant Chief of the Air Staff (ACAS), Sir Anthony Bagnall, the head of the Ministry of Defence’s UFO desk wrote that there was evidence of an unidentified craft evading UK defences.

He said he would not normally concern Sir Anthony with UFO sightings but continued: “You may wish to be aware of a recent particularly unusual incidence of UFO sightings over Britain, involving descriptions that match some of the reported characterisations of the so-called ‘Aurora’.”

The Aurora was the name given to an unmanned US reconnaissance aircraft supposedly developed in secret “black” programmes in the 1980s and alleged to be capable of hypersonic flight.

The plane was the subject of much speculation at the time and the British Government was forced to deny allowing experimental flights over the UK.

In his message, dated April 22, the head of the UFO desk wrote: “Some of the reports state that the object was moving at a very high speed, while some say that it was hovering or moving very slowly.

“Many of the reports refer to the object being very large, flying low and making a humming sound.

“My staff have spoken to a number of the military and police witnesses, many of whom commented that the object was unlike anything they had ever seen before.”

The note continued: “In summary, there would seem to be some evidence on this occasion that an unidentified object (or objects) of unknown origin was operating over the UK.

“If there has been some activity of US origins which is known to a limited circle in MoD and is not being acknowledged it is difficult to investigate further.”

A response from Sir Anthony came back stating: “In spite of the quantity of the many witnesses who reported the unusual sightings on March 31, I can add nothing to the debate.”

The head of the UFO desk was later urged to drop the subject.

He wrote a further briefing note on May 7 saying that he had been contacted by the British UFO Research Association (Bufora) who told him the sightings coincided with the re-entry of a Russian rocket into the Earth’s atmosphere.

He said although the re-entry might explain some of the high altitude sightings it failed to explain lower level sightings or the low hum.

He added a handwritten note to the top of the page in which he said: “As you will see, we may have an explanation for some ? but certainly not all ? of the recent UFO sightings.”

The letter was returned with another handwritten note scrawled at the top which stated: “Thank you. I suggest you now drop this subject.”

The month before the incident the head of the UFO desk wrote to the US ambassador in London about mounting speculation over the Aurora project.

He wrote: “Continuing questions of this nature cause us some concern and our Secretary of State has been advised that I would be contacting the United States authorities in order to restate the MoD position and to seek confirmation that if any such unusual aircraft activity were to be envisaged by the United States Government which would in any way affect the United Kingdom, the United States Government would approach the Ministry of Defence to seek prior agreement.”

The sightings on March 31 included several from RAF Cosford near Wolverhampton where police reported seeing two bright lights “flying at great velocity” above the airfield.

There was no engine noise and the lights made a slight red glow from the rear as they disappeared over the horizon.

According to a Met officer at RAF Shawbury the lights were travelling “erratically at hundreds of miles per hour unlike any aircraft” and “appeared to be searching for something”.

The officer, who also heard a low humming noise, said he had never seen anything like it before.

The footage was taken by John Young, of Sprowston, who spotted the light on Wednesday, August 5.

The 43-year-old woke at about 3.30am, glanced out of the window and saw the bright light.

News of the sighting comes after dozens of reports of mysterious bright orange lights seen in the skies above Norfolk.

Witnesses have reported seeing the spectacle at locations including Norwich, Dereham, Downham Market, Holkham and Caister recent days.

And last week, a helicopter pilot reported seeing a strange orange light in the sky over Norwich.

Mr Young, who lives in Plaford Road, said: ?I glanced out of my bedroom window to see a bright light in the sky, much like a star except slightly larger in appearance and considerably brighter.

?It didn’t move but when I played it back on my computer I was surprised to see the object was a perfect sphere with a ‘hole’ in the middle. You can even see it appears to rotate clockwise for maybe 20 seconds then anti-clockwise for the next and so forth.

?I’m perplexed as to what I saw. Maybe there’s a simple explanation but I haven’t a clue what it was.?

Meanwhile, there have been a number of reports of strange orange lights over the city.

Many have put the lights down to Chinese lanterns but others have thought otherwise.

Helicopter pilot Andrew Goodchild was left baffled by an ?unidentified orange light? he spotted just before 10pm on August 2.

The 42-year-old, who has flown since 1991, said at first he thought it was a low-flying helicopter but then realised that the light was ?unusual?.

The light was also seen by Malcolm Vicary, of Old Catton, at 9.40pm on the same night. He said: ?At first I thought it was a hot air balloon because of the orange glow.

?It suddenly changed direction for a short distance then resumed its original course. The orange glow then went out. It then started to descend quite fast in the direction of St Faith’s, very close to Norwich airport. I’m sure it wasn’t an aircraft because there were no navigation lights or sound.?

The reasons ranged from thousands of sightings of star-like lights manoeuvring oddly in the night sky, to hundreds of sightings of “fireballs” in the sky, to one where dozens of people saw a huge, lantern-shaped object flying slowly over a lake in the Yukon.

Most of the 8,601 UFO sightings reviewed by Winnipeg-based Ufology Research had two witnesses, involved a white object — even triangles were much more common than your stereotypical saucer or cigar shape — and lasted an average of 17 minutes.

And we’re not just talking about folks who just stumbled out of a bar or those who like to wear tin foil hats here: Reports were filed by witnesses with government and military agencies, police, civilian UFO groups and online UFO websites, says the study’s co-author. And report they did. The number of UFO sightings has increased from 141 (in 1989) to more than 1,000 per year.

“It’s a persistent phenomena,” says Winnipeg ufologist Chris Rutkowski, who co-authored the study with Geoff Dittman. “People are witnessing something in the sky. Whether it’s aliens or not is a matter for further study, but there’s a small but significant percentage (of sightings) every year that we simply can’t explain.”

Out of those 8,500-plus UFO cases, only about 14 per cent were labelled as unexplained after review by investigators. And less than four per cent were classified as “close encounters” — meaning someone claimed to have seen something (or some being) up close.

But Rutkowski, who has degrees in astronomy and education and describes himself as an “open-minded skeptic,” says even if one report proves to be valid, it’ll be a very important scientific discovery. After the United States Air Force ended its Project Blue Book study of 12,000 UFO cases in 1969 and concluded that UFOs were not a threat to national security, many people assumed the “fad” had passed, he said.

“Here we are 40 years later and not only is the phenomenon not going away, the numbers are increasing. This is hard scientific data and there isn’t a comparable study anywhere,” said Rutkowski, who presented the 20-year study to UFO researchers, many of whom are scientists, across North America during the recent Mutual UFO Network in Dallas, Texas. “But we’re no closer to the truth, in some ways.”

Rutkowski currently receives around six UFO reports each week. The most recent and noteworthy, he says, came last Friday from six people who reported seeing a large orange light moving along the shoreline of Dauphin Lake, 15 kilometres east of Dauphin.

“It stopped and then moved away from them. They said it ‘moved at a speed we’ve never seen a plane move at,’ and there was no sound at all,” Rutkowski recalled.

The July 17, 2009, sighting has multiple witnesses and the event was videotaped. The object had three points of light. Two of the lights were white, and a third light was blue.

The object hovered in the sky, but tilted back and forth, throughout the multi-hour sighting.

The object returned to that same location again on July 25, 2009, and was also videotaped by the witnesses.

In his investigation, Beall reviewed video taken from other U.S. locations as well as from several different countries that match the video shot in Florida.

FL, July 17, 2009 – It was a 3 pointed triangle with 3 lights on each corner and a 4th light was on the bottom. General Shape – upside down pyramid but with only 3 sides.

At 11:42 pm 7/17/2009, my neighbor knocked on my door. It was unusual because it was really late so I thought it was an emergency.

She said “sorry to bother you so late, but my husband is in the back yard looking at some weird lights in the sky and thought you might want to see them too.” I then said “ok, I’m out back right now.”

I then opened up my sliding glass door to go to the lanai and I looked up in the eastern sky at about 45 degrees, or the 1 o’clock position, and saw a triangular object in the sky moving from left to right and back left and up and down and it surely didn’t look like anything I’ve ever seen in my life.

I then ran back into the house to wake up my wife, who is the biggest ufo skeptic that I know, and said “Wake up! Wake up! You’ve got to come outside and see this thing!!” She said “No, I’ve to go to sleep, I have to work in the morning!” I preceded to say “You have to see this thing in the sky, just trust me, you have to come out and see this!” I then looked for our camera, a casio exilim 10.1 mega pixel camera, and went back outside with my dog and started recording footage of this thing in the sky.

I walked over to my neighbors house and we, three of us, watched this thing for 2 and a half hours. My neighbor had binoculars and a telescope, but it was easier to use the binoculars to see the silohuette of this object. It was moving in different patterns, but generally stayed in the eastern sky moving from left to right in a pendulum type pattern, but it would also moved westward a little bit, but still remained at the 1 o’clock to 1:30 position in the sky.

If you held a dime towards the sky, the size was a little smaller than the dime. It seemed to be about 1000-3000 feet in the sky hovering over I-75 near SR 54. The feelings I felt was “what the heck is that?” We sat on some chairs and watched this thing for a couple hours. I started to feel really sleepy so I went back inside the house to go to sleep, but I kept checking out my window because I wanted to see where this thing will go once it’s done hovering over Wesley Chapel, FL.

I found my other battery that was fully charged so I went back outside for a few more minutes and fimed one more video. I don’t know what we saw, but it wasn’t a plane. Matter of fact, we saw 2 planes fly by that night, one was flying from East to Southwest. We heard the sounds of the engines as it came closer to us and as it flew past us. The sounds were evident even when the plane seemed to be further to us than the triangular object in the sky. The next plane fly past us from South to North and you could also hear it as it flew past us. But this object made no sounds at all. The night sky was very clear and there was no or very little wind that night.

Michael Rowley says ever since NBC2 aired his story about alien sightings near his North Port home, his property has been attracting curious visitors from this world and beyond.

Rowley told NBC2 that since the full moon began on August 6th, he and his 16-year old son Shane have seen an increase in noises, lights, and sightings in the woods behind their home.

Rowley describes the aliens they’ve seen as ‘greys.’

His claims of alien activity have surfaced on numerous web sites across the country, and it’s been a topic of debate on local radio in Southwest Florida. B103’s morning show, ‘Big Mama & The Wild Bunch’ tested the family’s bizarre claims.

One member of the morning show spent 4-hours at the home Tuesday night. She reported seeing a mysterious green light in the woods behind Michael Rowley’s house.

The Rowleys moved to North Port in April. They previously lived in Washington state and admit to seeing similar alien sightings there as well.

NBC2 went inside the Rowley home. There are very few furnishings – with sheets used as make-shift curtains to cover the windows.

Both Mike and Shane Rowley say they rarely go outside their home at night anymore.

The Rowleys hope the Mutual UFO Network of Florida will continue their investigation.

MUFON’s report at the end of May came back inconclusive and in need of further investigation and tests.
