Mrs Smith?s video has had almost 300,000 hits on YouTube.

Officials from the Kings Dominion theme park in Virginia, have dismissed the sighting as smoke from the Volcano ride.

But Mrs Smith claims that the ring was a ?perfect circle? and that it was not ?smokey or cloudy?.

She said: ?We were like what is that, we were all stopped and we were astonished.?

Cameron Pack, a UFO investigator, agreed with Smith, saying that her video is similar to two other supposed UFO sightings – one from Orlando, Florida in 1999 and the other from Fort Belvoir in the 1950s.
