This video was taken by someone on June 9, 2009. The guy was working on a a school project when he noticed an object in the sky over the city, so he zoomed in on object for a better view.

It appears to be some kind of 3 sided object with an odd glow. It also appears that the object is spinning while it hovers in place. Then all of a sudden the object takes off extremely quickly as you see a very bright flash.
